GENERAL MANAGER

General Manager

Location: Gloucester

Salary: £40,000 with Potential Total OTE of £60,000 plus (uncapped).

Cheltenham Mowers Ltd is one of the UK’s largest ecommerce retailers of lawnmowers, garden tractors and other related garden machinery products. We are seeking a general manager for our head office in Gloucester. Reporting to the Director you will be responsible for the following:

• Managing our three websites, eBay store, showroom, workshop and distribution centre.
• Taking full responsibility for the P&L of the business to maximise profitability.
• Maintaining the highest possible levels of customer service.
• Managing and motivating a team of 10 staff including administrators, technicians and warehouse operatives.
• Ensuring that all health and safety regulations are adhered to by management, staff and visitors.

Requirements

• Proven management experience ideally within the garden machinery industry.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Strong IT skills.
